the location suited my needs well. it was close to the train station.
the bathroom door lock was broken , and water leaked onto the floor every time i showered. i had to wipe it up constantly. the room also wasn't very soundproof.

the location was acceptable. It provided easy access to nearby transport.
the lack of proper soundproofing was disappointing. The noise from the streetcar was constant. The racket made it HARD to sleep, even with earplugs. the old mattress in the room felt quite uncomfortable..

i found the reception staff very helpful. the room faced the shopping area and the streetcar line, but it was quiet. the free bottled water was a nice touch and readily available.
early check-in was said possible, but i had to return later. my luggage was placed in the eating area initially. one bag was still there when i returned.
